Team Teach Connect Frequently Asked Questions

Team Teach Connect is now a mandatory part of all Team Teach training. It’s our new innovative platform which connects users to their training, course resources, digital certificates and training logs, a comprehensive package of post-training support, professional development content and events.

During the pandemic we undertook a large survey with our Team Teach Community, and the overwhelming feedback we received was the desire to be more connected to us, and each other.

You told us they wanted to hear what’s happening centrally. To understand new initiatives, the direction of travel with our accrediting bodies and more content build on the key principals of prevention and de-escalation. As well as access to continuous post-training support and on-going professional development.

Team Teach Connect is initially available to anyone who has a valid Team Teach Certificate. They just need to set up their account and add their certificate number into their profile to unlock all the benefits of Team Teach Connect.

Depending on the Trainer’s certification level, courses available to build are the below and includes blended learning and span across a delivery type matrix (Face to Face, Virtual, Both).

Team Teach Connect has been designed to be intuitive to use and we’ve incorporated extensive user feedback to make it as simple as possible to get up and running.

Within the platform there are resources which will take you step by step through the key processes a trainer needs to know.

Additionally, we have an extensive knowledge base, full of helpful guides and videos. We will also be running webinars, so look out for an invitation.

At Team Teach, we understand the financial pressures organisations face, and we remain committed to fair and transparent pricing. To support accessibility, our standard course pricing is locked for 2025, with no inflationary increase from 2024.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we are introducing a fully digital option to help reduce our carbon footprint. Additionally, our workbooks are now part of an inclusive Resource Pack, offering flexible options to meet your needs:

For existing clients with current workbook stock, we will honour your stock levels and provide full Resource Packs for each remaining unit. To update your stock with us, please complete the form, and we will ensure your Connect Organisation Account reflects the changes.

This shift to a Resource Pack model ensures that every Team Teach certified individual in your organisation has access to Team Teach Connect. As a mandatory part of Team Teach training, all staff require a Resource Pack for each course they attend—whether initial or refresher—for their Team Teach certification to remain valid.

Bulk purchases of Resource Pack’s are available for organisations who train a high number of staff per year.

Please note if you are an organisation under WA Department of Education, ACT Education Directorate or Townsville Catholic Education – prices will vary in line with agreements.
