Meeting the requirement for consistent accredited training
Back in 2020, the Ministry of Education for the Cayman Islands were looking for an accredited provider of positive behaviour support training for 14 of their public schools to improve on what they already had in place and better support their staff.
They chose to partner with Team Teach and now have 9 of their own staff successfully trained as Intermediate Team Teach trainers.
Their in-school trainers provide essential training to staff in both their Public and Private schools on an on-going basis to ensure consistency of approaches and support.
